Care & Instruction
General Care Tips
- Avoid Overloading: Overloading your bag or luggage may cause unnecessary strain on zippers, seams, and handles. Please ensure that you do not exceed the recommended weight limit for your product.
- Proper Storage: When not in use, store your bags and luggage in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and material degradation. Use dust bags or covers if available to protect against dust and scratches.
- Keep Away from Extreme Temperatures: Avoid exposing your bags and luggage to extreme temperatures, which can cause warping, discoloration, or damage to the materials.
Cleaning Instructions
Fabric & Canvas Bags:
- Spot clean using a soft cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water. Gently dab the affected area without rubbing.
- For stubborn stains, use a gentle fabric cleaner. Always test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first.
- Air dry your bag completely before storing it.
Leather Bags:
- Wipe down with a damp, soft cloth to remove dirt and dust. For deeper cleaning, use a leather cleaner that is safe for the type of leather.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the leather as this may lead to discoloration or damage.
- Condition the leather periodically using a leather conditioner to keep it soft and prevent cracking.
Synthetic & PU Bags:
- Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe away dirt and grime. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.
- Allow the bag to air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Luggage Cases:
- Clean the exterior shell with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh chemicals.
- Wipe down the interior lining with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, use a fabric-safe cleaner if needed.
- Regularly check and clean the wheels and handles to ensure smooth operation.
Maintenance Tips
- Zippers: Keep zippers running smoothly by occasionally applying a small amount of zipper lubricant. This helps prevent snagging and prolongs the life of the zipper.
- Handles & Straps: Regularly inspect the handles and straps for signs of wear. If you notice any fraying or loose stitching, consider having it repaired to avoid further damage.
- Wheels: Check the wheels on your luggage periodically for any dirt or debris that may cause them to stick. Clean and lubricate if necessary to maintain smooth rolling.
Long-Term Storage
- Empty All Compartments: Before storing your bags or luggage, make sure all compartments are empty and clean.
- Shape Maintenance: Stuff your bags with tissue paper or soft fabric to help them retain their shape while in storage.
- Cover for Protection: Use a protective cover or dust bag to shield your bags and luggage from dust, dirt, and moisture.
