Ordering & Account
1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to exclusive promotions.
2. How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the "Account" or "Register" link at the top of our website, or during checkout by selecting “Create an Account.”
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package through the shipping carrier's website.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we begin processing orders quickly, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
6. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using secure SSL technology. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
Shipping
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for all orders delivered within the United States and United Arab Emirates.
2. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States and United Arab Emirates.
3. What is your total delivery timeframe?
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your order is placed.
4. What is your order processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after purchase.
5. When is your daily order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the next business day.
6. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The selected carrier depends on your location and the size of your order.
7. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement or the package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you updated.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?

2. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide return instructions.
3. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, certain products such as undergarments or personalized items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our policy page for a full list.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges on eligible products based on availability. Indicate your exchange request when initiating a return.
